Andrea Bennett

Associate Director of Operations

Andrea Bennett has been a dedicated member of the Central Georgia Cancer Care team since October 1998. Before joining CGCC, she gained experience in front office and medical billing roles at private medical practices and hospitals while attending Macon State College. Her passion for oncology care was shaped by a personal experience—after losing her father to lung cancer in 1993, she committed her career to supporting patients and families navigating cancer treatment.

Throughout her time at CGCC, Andrea has held several key roles that have contributed to the organization’s growth. She began as an Insurance Specialist in the billing department and was later part of the team that helped open the Warner Robins location in 2000, where she served as a Patient Account Representative. In 2005, she was promoted to Billing Supervisor and, two years later, stepped into the role of Operations Manager, later advancing to Operations Director.

Andrea has continued to play an important role in the expansion and operational success of the practice. In April 2024, she helped support the organization’s partnership with AON. She also served as office project manager for the development of the Bowman Road location and later helped lead coordination efforts for the opening of the PET/CT Center in 2025.

Today, Andrea serves as Associate Director of Operations, where she helps guide operational strategy and supports Central Georgia Cancer Care’s mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality oncology care to patients throughout the region.
